The Evolution Gun Works Remington 788 Standard Action Picatinny Scope Base is a one-piece Mil-Std 1913 Picatinny rail precision-machined from aluminum alloy with a low-reflectance matte black anodized finish. Designed specifically for the Remington 788 Standard Action rifle, this 0 MOA base provides a rock-solid mounting platform for both Picatinny and Weaver-style scope rings.

This scope base is engineered to fit Remington 788 Standard Action rifles chambered in .222, .223, .22-250, and .30-30, and is not compatible with the long-action .308, .243, 6mm, or 7mm-08 caliber models. Full-length Picatinny cross slots run the length of the rail, giving you maximum flexibility for scope placement, accessory mounting, and forward-mounted accessories.

The rail measures 5.882" in overall length with a .4" height, keeping your optic mounted low to the bore for a natural cheek weld and consistent eye relief. A central channel milled through the body reduces overall weight while maintaining rigidity and repeatable return-to-zero. All mounting hardware is included for a true drop-in, bolt-on installation.
