The Evolution Gun Works Remington 783 Long Action Picatinny Scope Base is a precision optics mount purpose-built for the Remington 783 Long Action rifle. Machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a low-glare matte black, this rugged 0 MOA rail provides a solid, repeatable MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny platform for your favorite rifle scope or red dot.

EGW machines this base in the USA to exacting tolerances. The rail measures 7.064" overall with a 3.540" center spread, and it sits just 0.4" above the top of the receiver for a comfortable, natural cheek weld through any optic. The solid construction delivers excellent return-to-zero performance, round after round, and the compact footprint keeps weight to a minimum on the rifle.

Installation is straightforward. The base bolts directly to the Remington 783 Long Action receiver using the included #6-48 x 1/4" mounting screws, with a recommended torque of 20 in/lbs (Blue Loctite recommended for a permanent installation).
