The Evolution Gun Works Howa 1500 Mini Action Picatinny Scope Base is a one-piece precision rail purpose-built for the Howa 1500 Mini Action rifle. Machined from a single billet of 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, this base provides a rigid, repeatable mounting platform for any optic that clamps to a Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail.

Built with an integrated 20 MOA cant, this rail adds downward elevation bias so shooters can take full advantage of a scope's internal elevation turret when dialing out to long-range targets. The matte black hardcoat anodized finish resists corrosion and wear while blending with most factory and aftermarket rifle finishes.

The base offers a 3.155" center spread and an overall mount length of 5.882", giving scope rings plenty of clamping surface while positioning the optic at the proper height over the receiver. The Howa Mini Action has its own unique receiver dimensions, and this rail is machined to those exact specifications for a precise, no-slop fit.
