The Evolution Gun Works HD Picatinny Rail Scope Base is a heavy-duty, one-piece scope mount precision-machined for the Remington 700 Short Action bolt-action rifle. It is built from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with a matte black anodized finish, providing a rigid, repeatable mounting platform for any standard Picatinny / MIL-STD-1913 scope ring or optic.

The HD (Heavy Duty) profile offers a thicker, more robust base than EGW's standard Remington 700 rail, giving additional clamping surface and rigidity for larger scopes. The one-piece design bolts directly to the Remington 700 SA receiver's existing mounting holes, and the matte black finish blends cleanly with most factory and aftermarket stocks.

With an overall length of 6.276" and a 0 MOA build, this rail provides ample Picatinny surface for a wide range of scope ring heights and keeps the scope's elevation turret centered for typical hunting and general-purpose shooting applications.
