The Evolution Gun Works HD Picatinny scope base is a one-piece optics mount engineered for Howa 1500 and Weatherby Vanguard short action rifles. The HD (heavy-duty) design is precision-machined from a single billet of 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and finished in matte black hardcoat anodizing for long-term corrosion resistance in the field.

The rail uses standard Picatinny slot-and-rail spacing, giving shooters flexible eye relief adjustment and the ability to swap optics quickly. It accepts both Picatinny and Weaver scope rings. Measuring 0.35 inches tall and 6.67 inches long, the base is angled at a 20 MOA incline to add usable elevation for long-range shooting within your scope's internal adjustment range.
