The EOTech HWS 518 (model 518A65) is a rugged holographic weapon sight built around EOTech's proven holographic technology for fast, both-eyes-open shooting. The reticle pairs a crisp 1 MOA center dot inside a 68 MOA ring, giving shooters a quick-acquisition aiming point for close work and an intuitive hold for longer-range shots.

At 1x magnification with a 1.20 in x 0.85 in viewing window, the 518 delivers a wide 30-yard field of view at 100 yards and unlimited eye relief, so it can be mounted at any position on a rail without forcing a specific head placement. Windage and elevation adjustments click in precise 0.50 MOA increments, making zeroing straightforward at the range.

The housing wears a low-glare Matte Black finish and is rated weather resistant and water resistant. An anti-reflection coated optic window keeps the reticle sharp, and the compact 5.60 in length keeps the sight unobtrusive on a carbine or rifle platform.
