The full stainless steel construction is paired with a matching serrated slide and serrated frame, giving the pistol a cohesive brushed-metal look while providing positive slide manipulation. A 5" stainless steel barrel is fitted to the slide for the kind of precise lockup Ed Brown is known for. Controls follow the standard 1911 pattern, and the pistol is configured for right-hand operation.

Chambered in .45 ACP with a single-stack magazine, the 2nd Amendment feeds 7+1 rounds through a traditional single-action trigger.
