EAA Girsan MC1911 S Hunter 10mm Auto 6" 8+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The EAA Girsan MC1911 S Hunter is a full-size, single-action semi-auto pistol chambered in 10mm Auto, built around a 6" steel barrel and an 8+1 capacity. Imported by EAA Corp on the classic Government-size 1911 platform, the Hunter is the long-slide member of the Girsan MC1911 S lineup, designed for big-game hunting and as a serious back-country sidearm.

All-steel construction starts with a matte black steel frame that wears an extended beavertail for a high, recoil-managing grip and a Picatinny accessory rail up front for mounting lights or lasers. Up top, the blued serrated slide pairs with the frame and adds long-hole hammer-style serrations at the rear for positive cycling manipulation. The slide is fitted with a fully-machined steel barrel that delivers the long sight radius needed for precise shot placement at distance.

Controls follow traditional 1911 lines with a thumb safety combined with a grip safety, a skeletonized trigger, and an ambidextrous layout. Sights are configured with an adjustable rear sight paired with a front sight, allowing the Hunter to be dialed in for specific hunting loads. The pistol wears black checkered polymer grips for a secure hold under recoil.

Chambered in the hard-hitting 10mm Auto and fed by a single-stack 8-round magazine, the MC1911 S Hunter is purpose-built for hunters who want 1911 ergonomics with the knockdown performance of 10mm.
