The DPMS Panther Arms Anvil is a CA compliant variant of DPMS's hammer-forged AK-platform semi-automatic rifle, chambered in 7.62x39mm. It is built around a 16" hammer-forged barrel pressed into a hammer-forged front trunnion for the longevity AK-pattern rifles are known for, with the 4150 steel barrel receiving a black nitride treatment for improved accuracy and wear resistance. The 1mm hardened steel receiver carries a black/blued finish and is outfitted with a Mil-Spec style single-hook trigger and side rail mount, while the front trunnion and bolt carrier are engraved.

Traditional AK-pattern ergonomics are preserved with a fixed polymer stock and black furniture, paired with a classic leaf rear sight and a 1:9.5" rifling twist. Feeding from a detachable magazine, the Anvil delivers a 10+1 capacity to meet CA compliant magazine restrictions. The combination of forged components, nitride-treated barrel, and traditional AK handling makes the Anvil a modern, American-built interpretation of the classic AK-47 rifle, sold in new condition.
