DNZ Game Reaper 2 2-Pc Scope Mount & Ring Combo 1" Medium Matte Black - Howa

The DNZ Game Reaper 2 scope mount and ring combo gives you a precision optic-mounting platform engineered to drop right onto your Howa rifle. Each two-piece set is machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum for strength without excess weight, and finished in a non-reflective matte black to keep glare out of your sight picture.

The Game Reaper 2 uses DNZ's signature integrated base and ring design, so the rings and bases are machined as one unit. This eliminates the need for separate ring sets and lapping, locks the action tighter than traditional clamp-on or rail-mounted systems, and lets you set the scope further back for the extra eye relief needed on stocks with a shorter effective length-of-pull. The two-piece configuration also lets you tension the action with proper clamping force without interfering with ejection or bolt-handle clearance, and DNZ machines each fit to the specific Howa receiver pattern rather than as a one-size-fits-all universal base.

This specific fit (model 701M2) is custom drilled and tapped for the Howa 1500 / Mini Action receiver and also bolts up to the Mossberg 100ATR, 4X4 Patriot, and Remington 700-pattern rifles that share that footprint. The included rings accept a 1-inch scope tube in a medium ring-height configuration, with a measured mount height of 1.10 inches and equal front/rear base lengths of 1.20 inches. All mounting hardware is included - base screws are 6-48 x 1/4" and ring screws are 6-40 x 5/8", both driven with the supplied 7/64" Allen wrench.
