The Dead Air KeyMo Zero muzzle device brings the company's proven KeyMo quick-attach system to 45 Cal rifles in a compact, lightweight package. Purpose-built as a no-shim, direct-mount solution for KeyMo-equipped suppressors, it lets you install and remove your suppressor without tools and without disturbing your zero.

Machined from 4140HT alloy steel and finished in a corrosion-resistant Black Nitride, the KeyMo Zero is built to handle the heat and pressure of sustained 45 Cal fire. It carries a .578"-28 thread pattern, an outside diameter of 1.08", and a through-bore design optimized for suppressed gas flow. A 3/4" wrench/socket feature is integrated into the body for straightforward installation and removal at the bench or in the field.
