The Davide Pedersoli Missouri River Hawken is an Italian-crafted reproduction of the iconic American plains rifle pattern carried by mountain men and fur trappers from 1840 to 1865, chambered in .50 caliber percussion for traditional black powder shooters and muzzleloading hunters. Built in the classic Hawken profile, this single-shot muzzleloader pairs a 30" heavy blued octagonal barrel with a color case hardened lock and receiver, all mounted in a richly figured fixed American Walnut stock.

Designed for the genuine black powder experience, the Missouri River Hawken weighs 9.48 lbs and measures 47" overall, with a 1:24" twist optimized for both patched round ball and lead conical projectiles in .50 caliber. The heavy octagon barrel, case hardened furniture, and walnut stock deliver the look, balance and performance of the original Hawken rifles that opened the American West.
