CZ 457 Varmint 17 HMR 20.5" 5+1 Bolt Action Rifle

The CZ 457 Varmint is a bolt-action rimfire rifle purpose-built for varmint hunting and precision small-game work. Chambered in 17 HMR, it pairs a cold hammer-forged 20.5" heavy barrel with a 5+1 capacity for flat-shooting performance on coyotes, prairie dogs, and other small predators.

The heavy barrel measures .866" in diameter and is finished in Black Nitride over stainless steel, enhancing stability, reducing barrel harmonics, and improving shot-to-shot consistency. A 60-degree bolt throw keeps the action compact and allows a low-scope mounting position on the 11mm dovetail rail, while the adjustable trigger and two-position safety round out the controls. The rifle ships without iron sights.

The fixed Varmint-Style stock is machined from Turkish Walnut with an American-style comb and a Brown/Tan finish. At 7.08 lbs and 38.62" overall, the rifle is set up for right-handed shooters. Manufactured by CZ in the Czech Republic, the 457 Varmint is the standard heavy-barreled variant of the 457 rimfire family.
