CVA Scout 444 Marlin 22" 1-Rd Single Shot Rifle

The CVA Scout is a purpose-built single-shot break-action rifle chambered in the hard-hitting .444 Marlin. Designed for hunters who want a simple, reliable, accurate platform for big game at working ranges, the Scout uses a break-open action that allows direct loading and unloading of a live round at the breech.

The rifle is built around a 22-inch blued steel barrel with a 1-in-20" rate of twist optimized for the heavy .444 Marlin bullet weights used on deer, black bear, and hogs. The muzzle is threaded 11/16x24 and ships from the factory with a muzzle brake installed to help tame the stout recoil of the cartridge. The blued receiver is drilled and tapped and topped with a factory Picatinny rail, giving the shooter a clean, ready-to-mount platform for any scope or red dot. No iron sights are included, so the rifle can be set up with the optics the shooter prefers.

CVA pairs the barreled action with a fixed Stealth Gray synthetic stock that shrugs off weather and rough handling. The neutral gray finish keeps a low profile in the field, and the synthetic construction makes the Scout a practical choice for wet, cold, or austere hunting conditions. At approximately 7.8 lbs and 37.5 inches overall, the Scout is a compact, maneuverable package that carries well all day and handles easily from a ground blind, tree stand, or thick cover.
