CVA Cascade XT 450 Bushmaster 22" 2+1 Bolt-Action Rifle - Midnight Bronze Cerakote - Mossy Oak Bottomland

The CVA Cascade XT is a hunting bolt-action rifle chambered in .450 Bushmaster, purpose-built for big-game hunters pursuing whitetail, hog, and black bear in areas where straight-walled cartridges are required or preferred. The Cascade XT (X-Treme) takes the proven Cascade platform and adds functional and cosmetic upgrades over the standard Cascade line, including a fluted barrel, threaded muzzle, factory radial muzzle brake, and a Midnight Bronze Cerakote finish on the metalwork.

Up front, the rifle wears a 22" fluted and threaded steel barrel finished in Midnight Bronze Cerakote. The fluting helps trim weight and increases exposed surface area for cooling between shots, while the threaded muzzle (11/16x24) is supplied with a factory-installed radial muzzle brake that tames the stout recoil of the .450 Bushmaster cartridge. The barrel is cut with a 1:24" twist to stabilize the heavy-bullet loads this straight-walled hunting caliber was designed around.

The action is a smooth-operating bolt-action with a comfortable oversized bolt knob for fast and repeatable manipulation with gloves on. An adjustable trigger lets the shooter tune the break to personal preference. The rifle is configured with a 2+1 capacity (2-round detachable box magazine plus one in the chamber), keeping the package compliant with straight-walled-cartridge hunting regulations in many states.

The receiver is steel and finished in matching Midnight Bronze Cerakote, with an integrated Picatinny rail for mounting the optic of your choice. The rifle ships with no iron sights, so adding a scope or red dot is required to get on target. The stock is a molded synthetic in CVA's Mossy Oak Bottomland camouflage pattern, chosen to break up the rifle's outline against hardwoods, field edges, and bedding areas. The stock is adjustable to fine-tune fit for the shooter, and the rifle is set up for a right-handed shooter.
