Crimson Trace LG-457 Laserguard Red Laser Sight for S&W SD/SD VE - Black Polymer

The Crimson Trace LG-457 Laserguard is a compact red laser sight purpose-built for Smith & Wesson SD and SD VE series pistols chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W. Designed as a dedicated fit for these S&W pistols, the LG-457 mounts directly around the factory trigger guard and provides a fast aiming reference the moment the pistol is drawn.

The laser module puts out 5mW of peak power at a 633nm wavelength, producing a visible red dot with a 0.50" diameter at 50 feet. Each unit is factory sighted at 50 feet and is fully adjustable for windage and elevation so the zero can be fine-tuned to the shooter and pistol. Power is supplied by a single CR1/3N lithium battery for roughly four hours of run time, and the lightweight polymer housing keeps total weight at just 1.28 oz.

A pressure-pad activation switch built into the housing provides instinctive activation when the pistol is gripped, so the laser comes on the moment the shooter takes a firing grip. The unit clamps around the factory trigger guard of the host pistol. The black housing keeps the overall footprint low for everyday carry or duty use.
