The Crickett Model 722 Varmint Package is a youth-proportioned bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in 22 LR, purpose-built for varmint hunting and target shooting. Sold as a complete package with optics and support gear included, the Model 722 ships ready for the benchrest or the field right out of the box.

At the heart of the rifle is a 20" blued bull barrel mated to a blued stainless steel receiver, with a 1:16" twist for stabilizing a wide range of .22 LR ammunition. The smooth 50-degree cock-on-open bolt cycles a standard trigger backed by a firing pin safety, and iron sights are omitted to keep the receiver optics-ready. Feeding is handled by a detachable 7-round magazine for a total 7+1 capacity, and the rifle measures 30" overall and weighs 8 lbs for a steady hold on bags or a bipod.

The fixed thumbhole walnut stock wears a warm brown finish and is sized for younger shooters with a 13.5" length of pull. The thumbhole grip promotes consistent hand placement shot after shot, and the right-hand layout suits the majority of shooters. Purpose-built for hunting and target work, the Model 722 is equally at home dispatching small varmints at the edge of the field or stacking tight groups at the bench.

This Varmint Package ships complete with a Simmons 3-9x40mm scope, matching scope rings, a bipod, and a case. New condition, factory fresh.
