The Crickett KSA2344 My First Rifle Gen2 is a purpose-built .22 LR single-shot bolt-action rimfire designed with the beginning shooter in mind. At just 2.08 lbs and 30" overall, it is light and compact enough for younger or smaller-statured shooters to shoulder, aim, and fire comfortably under adult supervision.

The 16.13" blued barrel is paired with a 1:16" rate of twist, well suited to standard-weight .22 LR ammunition. The action is a manual cocking single-shot bolt, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for easy scope or peep-sight mounting so the rifle can grow with the shooter.

A crossbolt safety keeps the rifle locked until the shooter is ready, while the rebounding firing-pin design adds an extra layer of beginner-friendly safety. The fixed black synthetic stock with white webbing accents is durable, weather-resistant, and proportioned for smaller hands. Capacity is 1 round in single-shot mode; no detachable magazine is included.
