The Crickett KSA2240BSC Youth Package is a scaled-down 22 LR bolt-action rifle designed to introduce new and young shooters to the shooting sports in a safe, controllable format. This factory Package ships complete with a 4x32 scope, a KSA301 scope mount kit, and a soft rifle case, so no additional accessories are required to head to the range.

At its core, the rifle pairs a 16.12-inch blued barrel with a stainless steel receiver and a 1-round single-shot feed. The action is a manually operated bolt with a single-stage trigger and a rebounding firing pin safety that keeps the firing pin blocked until the bolt is fully closed and the trigger is pulled. The 1:16-inch twist stabilizes standard .22 LR ammunition, and overall length measures 30 inches.

The stock is a fixed black synthetic design with an 11.5-inch length of pull, scaled for smaller-statured shooters. Metalwork wears a classic blued finish, and the rifle is equipped with fixed front and adjustable rear iron sights.
