Crickett KSA2240 Youth 22 LR 16.12" 1-Rd Bolt Action Rifle

The Crickett KSA2240 is a .22 LR bolt-action rifle from the Youth series, sized down for smaller-framed and beginning shooters. With an 11.5" length of pull and a total weight of just 3 lbs, this single-shot rimfire gives new shooters a properly fitting, easy-to-handle platform for learning safe rifle handling, marksmanship fundamentals, and small-game hunting.

The action is a manually cocked, single-shot bolt that chambers one .22 LR round at a time - a deliberate design that encourages deliberate shooting. A rebounding firing pin safety prevents the rifle from firing unless the bolt is fully closed and locked, and the single-stage trigger breaks at a light 2.5-3 lb pull suited to teaching trigger control. The rifle is built for right-hand shooters.

The 16.12" blued barrel is matched to a blued stainless steel receiver and rifled with a 1:16" twist that stabilizes standard-velocity .22 LR ammunition. Iron sights consist of a fixed front blade paired with an adjustable rear peep for straightforward, intuitive aiming. The rifle measures a compact 30" overall length, making it comfortable to shoulder and carry for younger shooters in the field or at the range.
