Comstock Armory Compact Muzzle Brake 1/2x28 9mm Black Nitride Facemount - Plan B Compatible

The Comstock Armory Compact Muzzle Brake is a facemount-pattern recoil reducer machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel and finished in a protective black nitride coating. Purpose-built for 9mm barrels, this compact brake carries standard 1/2x28 threads and is designed to mount against barrels that lack a shoulder or face surface, so it does not need to be timed with shims during installation.

At just 1.6" overall length and approximately 2.0 oz, the Compact keeps your front end light and maneuverable while still taming muzzle rise and felt recoil for faster follow-up shots. A pair of 3/4" wrench flats is machined into the body for easy installation and removal with a standard wrench, and the rotationally symmetric porting keeps blast predictable from either side. The brake is also engineered as a Plan B suppressor mount, allowing the user to run a Plan-B compatible suppressor directly without the need for an additional adapter.

Comstock Armory's facemount brake is a great choice for 9mm AR-pattern pistols and SBRs where barrel shank diameter is reduced or no shoulder is present, and it drops onto any barrel threaded 1/2x28. The corrosion-resistant black nitride finish holds up to repeated handling and field use.
