It carries a 2.95" drop point blade ground from D2 tool steel for excellent edge retention, finished with a non-reflective stonewashed coating that hides the scuffs and scratches of daily carry.

The handle pairs a textured brown G10 front scale with a stainless steel back, the latter forming the rugged frame lock that secures the blade under heavy cutting loads. An assisted-opening flipper paired with IKBS ball-bearing pivots makes deployment fast and smooth, with an overall length of 7.03" and a closed length of just 4.11". At 3.50 oz, the Squid XM rides comfortably in the pocket for all-day EDC.
