The Columbia River M16-14XK is a hard-use tactical folding knife from CRKT's legendary M16 series, designed by Kit Carson and built around a 3.97" tanto blade forged from D2 steel. The blade is finished with a black Titanium Nitride (TiNi) coating that boosts corrosion resistance and tames glare, while the part serrated edge features CRKT's signature Veff Serrations - aggressive grooves engineered to bite and pull material into the cut rather than pushing it away.

Deployment is fast and smooth thanks to the IKBS ball-bearing pivot system, and the blade locks up solid via an ambidextrous Crossbar Lock that operates equally well from either side. At 9.34" overall with a 5.35" closed length, the M16-14XK weighs a manageable 5.30 oz, and the black Grivory handle scales keep the package lightweight while providing solid grip in wet or dirty conditions.
