Built around a 3.09" satin-finished clip point blade in D2 tool steel, the Pilar IV delivers the edge retention and toughness D2 is known for while keeping the slim, pocketable profile that made the line famous.

The blade rides on CRKT's IKBS ball bearing pivot system for a smooth, one-handed deployment via the thumb slot, then locks up solidly with a frame lock built into the stainless steel handle body. A clean satin finish and a full plain edge keep the profile simple and easy to maintain in the field, while the clip point shape gives the blade a useful belly for both slicing and detail work.
