Columbia River CRKT Bear Claw 2.39" Fixed Hawkbill Veff Serrated AUS-8A Stonewashed Blaze Orange GRN

The CRKT Bear Claw (model 2511ER) is a purpose-built compact fixed blade designed by Russ Kommer as a safer carry knife for raft guides, inflatable operators, and water rescue personnel.

Its 2.39" hawkbill profile uses a deliberately blunt tip that prevents accidental point penetration against passengers, gear, and inflatables. The deeply curved belly funnels rope, line, webbing, and seatbelt directly into the cutting edge for fast, clean cuts under load.

The blade is ground from AUS-8A stainless steel with a non-reflective stonewashed finish that resists corrosion in wet environments. CRKT's patented Veff Serrations line the top edge - aggressive multi-axis serrations engineered to bite through fibrous materials that would skate across a plain edge.

A high-visibility blaze orange textured GRN (glass-reinforced nylon) handle keeps the knife easy to spot if dropped in the water and provides a positive grip when wet, gloved, or coated in fluids. Overall length is 5.69" and total weight is just 3.20 oz.

A molded nylon sheath is included for secure carry on a PFD lash tab, belt, or strap.
