The CRKT 2861 Hunt'N Fisch is a compact fixed blade hunting knife designed by custom maker Larry Fischer. The sub-3" 2.99" drop point blade is sized to slip under common blade-length restrictions while still delivering the control and edge geometry required for skinning and other field tasks.

Built on a full tang, the blade is cut from 9Cr18MoV stainless steel and carries a clean satin finish. Multiple friction grooves along the spine provide positive thumb indexing for controlled cuts, and a plain edge keeps field sharpening simple.

Multi-Color G10 handle scales give the Hunt'N Fisch its signature look while providing secure traction in wet or cold conditions. Weighing just 3.60 oz with an overall length of 7.25", it rides light on a belt or in a pack. Each knife ships with a fitted leather sheath and lanyard for immediate carry.
