The Colt King Cobra revives one of Colt's classic "Snake Gun" revolver designs in .357 Magnum, a six-shot double-action revolver built for defensive carry and range use. This configuration pairs a 3" stainless steel barrel with a full underlug, a matching stainless steel cylinder, and a stainless steel frame for a clean, all-stainless presentation that resists corrosion and wear.

At the heart of the King Cobra is Colt's refined DA/SA action. The shooter can run the trigger through a smooth double-action pull for defensive use, or thumb-cock the exposed hammer for a crisp single-action press at the range, giving the King Cobra two distinct trigger personalities in one revolver.

Sighting is handled by an elevated fiber-optic front sight paired with an adjustable rear sight, giving the shooter a fast, intuitive sight picture in low light along with the windage and elevation refinement expected of a quality revolver. The frame is wrapped in ergonomic black Hogue overmolded rubber grips that tame .357 Magnum recoil and keep the gun planted in the hand during rapid fire.
