The Colt Mfg CR6940 Mono Carbine is a duty-grade 5.56x45mm NATO semi-automatic rifle built on Colt's proven M4 platform. Its one-piece monolithic upper integrates the rail and handguard into a single forging, giving the government-profile 16.10" barrel a free-floated barrel channel for improved long-range accuracy while keeping the light, fast handling of a true carbine.

Chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, the CR6940 feeds from a standard STANAG-pattern magazine with a 30+1 capacity. The barrel features a 1:7" twist and is finished with a familiar A2 flash hider. Sights consist of a fixed A2 front post paired with a folding Magpul MBUS rear for rapid target acquisition. The lower uses a steel receiver in a matte black hard-coat anodized finish, with a standard trigger, a safety selector switch, an M4-style collapsible stock, and a black polymer pistol grip for right-hand operation.

At 35.50" overall and roughly 6.79 lbs, the CR6940 balances close-quarters maneuverability with the sight radius and stability needed for longer engagements.
