The Cold Steel Two Handed Latin Machete (model CS97TM21S) is a purpose-built heavy chopping tool designed for trail clearing, brush work, and serious outdoor cutting. It pairs a long, straight-backed 21-inch blade with a full-length handle so it can be swung two-handed for maximum leverage and reach, with an overall length of 30 inches.

The blade is made from 65Mn carbon steel with a black matte anti-rust coating that helps the steel shrug off corrosion during heavy outdoor use. A straight plain edge runs the full length of the blade, making it equally well-suited to heavy chopping strokes and finer precision cuts in close quarters. Total weight is 21.10 oz.

The handle is molded in tough black polypropylene shaped to give a secure two-handed grip, and the included Cor-Ex sheath protects the blade during carry and storage.
