The Cold Steel Counter TAC I is a purpose-built fixed blade knife designed with one simple philosophy: deliver a tough, reliable cutting tool for tactical, hunting, and everyday utility use. It pairs a 5" spear point blade with a plain edge, ground from AUS-8A stainless steel and given a rugged stone washed finish that helps hide scratches from hard field use.

The blade is full tang construction, vacuum heat treated and sub-zero quenched by Cold Steel for strength, edge retention, and durability. It is mated to a contoured black textured Kray-Ex handle that locks positively into the hand for controlled use in adverse conditions. Overall length comes in at 9.50" with a carry-friendly weight of 4.60 oz, making the Counter TAC I well suited as a boot knife, belt knife, or pack-in fixed blade.
