Cold Steel Commercial Series 8" Fillet Fixed Blade Knife

The Cold Steel Commercial Series 8" Fillet Knife is a purpose-built fixed blade designed for serious fish processing. At its heart is an 8" flexible fillet blade ground from razor sharp cryo-quenched German 4116 stainless steel.

The mirror-polished blade is paired with a black Kray-Ex handle. The combination of a 4" handle and 8" blade gives the knife an overall length of 13.25", with a blade thickness of 0.079" built for heavy-duty commercial filleting work.

Weighing just 4 oz, the Commercial Series 8" Fillet is light enough for long cleaning sessions without hand fatigue. Each knife ships with a polymer sheath for safe storage and transport to and from the cleaning station. Made in Taiwan, this is the fillet knife to grab when the catch is measured in pounds, not fish.
