Cold Steel 49HTF Mini Tac Tanto 3.75" Fixed Plain AUS-8A SS Black Griv-Ex Handle

The Cold Steel Mini Tac Tanto (49HTF) is a compact, fixed-blade neck knife designed for around-the-clock everyday carry. Built on a full-tang platform with a slim profile and a featherlight 2.70 oz carry weight, the Mini Tac is sized to ride comfortably under a shirt on a bead chain or lanyard without printing or shifting.

The 3.75" tanto-point blade is ground from Japanese AUS-8A stainless steel with a non-reflective bead-blast finish and a plain edge. The reinforced tanto geometry is engineered to resist tip fracture when piercing tough materials, while the broad blade spine provides serious stiffness for utility work. Hardened to approximately 58-60 Rc, the AUS-8A holds a working edge and is straightforward to resharpen in the field. Blade stock is 2.5 mm thick.

The handle is molded from textured black Griv-Ex, Cold Steel's high-strength polymer that grips securely wet or dry. At 3" long, it supports a full four-finger hold, and the full-tang construction ties the blade directly into the handle for maximum transfer of force. Overall length is 6.75".

A Secure-Ex molded sheath is included for safe neck or belt carry, keeping the blade secured until needed. Made in Taiwan.
