The CobraTec California OTF 952 Gen II is a compact out-the-front automatic purpose-built to meet California's strict blade-length limits while still delivering the fast, one-handed deployment CobraTec is known for. This is the purple anodized aluminum variant finished off with a clean, workhorse drop point profile and a sub-2-inch California-legal blade.

The blade is cut from D2 tool steel for solid edge retention and toughness, ground to a plain edge in a versatile drop point shape that handles daily cutting chores with ease. OTF dual-action mechanics drive the blade straight out the front of the handle and retract it via the same side-mounted thumb slider, giving you fast deployment and a clean closed carry profile when the knife is not in use.

The handle is aluminum with a hard-anodized purple finish that resists pocket wear and stands out visually. A pocket clip is set up for everyday carry, and the slim, lightweight chassis disappears easily in a pocket or bag. Overall length is roughly 5.06" with a closed length near 3.0".
