COAST EAL40R 2500 Lumen Rechargeable Emergency Area Lantern

The COAST EAL40R is a high-output rechargeable emergency area lantern delivering up to 2500 lumens of multi-mode LED light in a rugged, camp-ready package. Built around a fiberglass-filled nylon body with a polycarbonate globe, the EAL40R is rated IP54 water-resistant and dust-resistant for jobsite, campsite, and emergency-duty use.

The lantern offers an 8-mode output that pairs warm and cool white output with dedicated red and red flashing modes for night-vision preservation and signaling. Warm-mode runtimes include 12 lumens for up to 93 hours, 95 lumens for up to 55 hours, and 220 lumens for up to 24 hours. COAST's Moonglow low mode stretches overall runtime out to 150 hours, while the cool-white high pushes output to the 2500-lumen maximum with a beam reach of 58 meters.

Recharging is handled internally via USB, and the EAL40R also doubles as a USB power bank so you can top off a phone or other mobile device in the field. A foldable handle, integrated carabiner, and removable diffuser round out the package, letting you hang it, carry it, or convert it into a soft area light. The illuminated power button makes the controls easy to find in the dark.
