CMC Triggers Enhanced AR-15 .223/5.56/.300 BLK Bolt Carrier Group - Black Nitride

The CMC Triggers Enhanced AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is a complete replacement or upgrade assembly compatible with 223 Remington, 5.56x45mm NATO and 300 Blackout. Its enhanced carrier geometry, increased mass and enlarged forward gas ports are designed with suppressed operation and short-barreled rifle configurations in mind.

The carrier is made from case-hardened 8620 steel and has a black nitride finish. A flared rear is intended to reduce carrier tilt or cant during recoil, while relocated bearing surfaces and fewer contact points are designed to reduce friction. The added carrier mass is intended to help maintain gas pressure and dwell time during extraction, particularly in suppressed or short-barreled setups.

The bolt is made from case-hardened 9310 steel to Mil-Spec dimensions and is both MPI and HPT tested. Its external surfaces and the carbon-collection area behind the gas rings are CNC-ground after heat treatment. Bolt components are shot-peened and black-nitride coated, and the extractor uses a Mil-Spec extractor spring and O-ring.

Additional components include a Mil-Spec 8740 steel firing pin and a hardened 4340 steel cam pin. The assembly has a black color and is offered in New condition.
