The Cimarron Frontier is a faithful replica of the iconic Pre-War 1896-1940 era single-action revolver, often regarded as the most famous sixgun of the Old West. Built for Cowboy Action Shooting and traditional handgunning, this revolver is chambered in .38 Special / .357 Magnum and pairs historical styling with modern manufacturing quality.
Featuring a 4.75" blued steel barrel and a blued cylinder, the Frontier showcases the traditional finish pairing with a color case hardened steel frame, the hallmark look of the late 19th-century original. The single-action only (SAO) mechanism is hand-tuned at the factory for a crisp trigger pull, and the exposed hammer allows for traditional thumb-cocking.
With a 6-shot capacity and a wide front sight, this revolver is well-suited for both plinking and competitive shooting. The grip is finished with smooth walnut panels that complement the blued and case hardened surfaces. Chambered for both .38 Special and .357 Magnum, this Frontier offers the versatility of modern ammunition with the look and feel of a classic western sixgun.
