The Caldwell E-Max Low-Profile electronic earmuff delivers active hearing protection tuned for shotgun and action shooters. Featuring a slim, low-profile earcup designed to clear long-gun stocks and rifle combs, the E-Max still provides a full 23 dB NRR for safe, all-day use on the range.

At the heart of the E-Max is a true stereo circuit with two microphones, one in each earcup. Low-level sounds like range commands and conversation are amplified for clarity, and the speakers instantly shut off when sound exceeds 85 dB to protect the shooter's hearing. A single volume control knob powers the muffs on and adjusts amplification, while a power indicator light confirms the unit is active. An integrated audio input jack lets you pipe in music or a radio during longer range sessions.

Finished in Mossy Oak Break-Up camouflage with a black headband, the E-Max Low-Profile features a padded, adjustable headband for long-wearing comfort and folds compactly for storage in a range bag. The unit runs on two AAA batteries (not included) and is sold as a single pair.
