The Butler Creek Flip-Open Eyepiece Scope Cover is purpose-built protective gear for the rear (ocular) lens of your rifle scope. Part of Butler Creek's well-known Flip-Open lineup, this cover snaps shut and stays closed until you need it, keeping rain, dust, mud, and snow off your eyepiece whether the rifle is in the field, in the truck, or in storage.

This Size 14 cover is custom-fit to scopes with a 1.60" / 40.80mm eyepiece tube diameter. The slip-on design installs in seconds with no tools or adhesives, and the tension-fit polymer collar holds it firmly in place under recoil. Once mounted, the spring-loaded cap creates a watertight, airtight seal over the ocular lens and flips open instantly with the push of a finger.

Built from a tough, weather-resistant black polymer, the cover adds virtually no weight to the optic and has been tested to remain flexible down to -40 degrees F. It is sold as a single eyepiece (rear lens) cover and pairs perfectly with a matching Butler Creek Flip-Open objective cover to fully shield both lenses of your scope.
