The Burn Proof Gear Heavy Suppressor Cover is a heat-resistant protective sleeve built to shield the shooter, bystanders, and surrounding gear from the intense surface temperatures of rifle suppressors. Sized at 7" long with a 1.5" diameter, the cover slides over any suppressor within that diameter class and is rated to withstand sustained surface temperatures of 1000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Constructed from Kevlar fire-retardant fabric using aerospace- and military-grade materials, the Heavy cover features an inner liner of fiberglass mesh sleeving rated to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional layer of heat resistance. Purpose-built for high-volume and full-auto fire where suppressor can temperatures climb rapidly, the Heavy cover also reduces mirage distortion through magnified optics during long strings of fire and protects packs, vehicles, and range kit from accidental contact burns when the can comes off a hot string. The patented no-slip fit keeps the cover locked in place during carry and shooting, while the lightweight 3.5 oz construction adds minimal bulk to the host rifle.
