BSF Barrels Pre-Fit 6.5 PRC 22" 1:8 Carbon Fiber Bolt Action Barrel

The BSF Barrels Pre-Fit is a precision bolt action rifle barrel chambered in 6.5 PRC, built around a 416R stainless steel match-grade core that is encased in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve loaded under tension. The pre-fit configuration lets the barrel drop into a compatible bolt action action without the need for custom headspacing or lathe work, giving precision shooters a straightforward path to a long-range hunting or target rifle.

The 22" barrel is button rifled with 6 grooves at a 1:8 twist rate to stabilize a broad range of 6.5mm bullet weights, and is finished with an 11 degree target crown for clean, uniform bullet exit. The double stress-relieved stainless core is fully wrapped in a non-ported carbon fiber sleeve (no slots), which trims overall weight, increases barrel stiffness, and pulls heat away from the bore faster than a comparable all-steel contour during extended strings of fire.

This pre-fit is offered in BSF's .936 Bull Barrel contour with a 1.20" shank outside diameter for a secure fit in the action. Muzzle threads are cut 5/8x24 for compatibility with a wide range of muzzle brakes and thread protectors.
