BSF Barrels AR-15 22 ARC 22" 1:7 Carbon Fiber Barrel

The BSF Barrels 22 ARC barrel is a precision-built, carbon fiber-wrapped drop-in component for the AR-15 platform. Chambered in the modern 22 ARC cartridge, it features a 22" barrel length and a 1:7 twist rate engineered to stabilize a wide range of bullet weights.

BSF manufactures this barrel by precision-turning a 416R stainless steel match-grade blank, then encasing the steel core in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve loaded under tension. The carbon fiber jacket is micro-drilled to vent heat, which helps prevent delamination under sustained fire and gives the barrel its distinctive textured appearance. Internal rifling is cut via 6-groove button rifling for consistent bullet engagement and accuracy.

Designed as a direct-fit AR-15 barrel, this is a barrel-only component intended for installation on a mil-spec or compatible upper receiver by a qualified builder. The 22" length maximizes the velocity potential of the 22 ARC cartridge, while the 1:7 twist is well-suited to a broad range of projectile weights. BSF Barrels are made in the USA.
