The BSA Sweet 22 AO Compact is a purpose-built .22 LR riflescope designed specifically for the Ruger 10/22 and other small-frame rimfire rifles. Housed in a compact 9.80" aluminum body with a 1" main tube and a corrosion-resistant black matte anodized finish, this scope keeps weight to a modest 17.50 oz so it balances naturally on lightweight .22 platforms without dominating the rifle.

At the heart of the Sweet 22 is a 30/30 duplex reticle presented through fully coated lenses, delivering a clear sight picture across the entire 2-7x magnification range. The adjustable objective (AO) provides parallax correction from 7.5 yards to infinity, while generous 3" eye relief keeps the view comfortable on hard-kicking rimfire actions. Field of view spans 55.60 ft at 100 yds at 2x down to 15.70 ft at 100 yds at full 7x, giving the shooter a wide scan at low power and tight target acquisition when dialed up.

The scope is fog proof, shockproof, and waterproof, sealed to handle field abuse and rimfire recoil with equal ease. Click adjustments come in .50 MOA increments for straightforward, repeatable zeroing. Calibrated for common .22 LR 36 gr, 38 gr, and 40 gr bullet weights, the Sweet 22 AO Compact ships ready to mount with included 2-piece dovetail rings.
