The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed SPR in 6.8 Western is a bolt-action hunting rifle built on Browning's proven X-Bolt 2 action. The Speed SPR pairs a 20-inch fluted stainless sporter barrel with a 1:7.5" twist chosen to stabilize a wide range of modern long-range projectiles.

The barreled action sits in a Vari-Tech adjustable composite stock finished in Browning OVIX camouflage, with an adjustable length of pull to fit different shooters and shooting positions. A radial muzzle brake tames felt recoil at the muzzle, while the stainless steel receiver and stainless barrel keep the package at 6.60 lbs with an overall length of 40 inches. No iron sights are fitted, leaving the receiver clean for the shooter's preferred optics mount.

A 3-round detachable magazine feeds the action for a 3+1 capacity, giving shooters a fast follow-up shot in a lightweight rifle configured to stretch the 6.8 Western's reach across open country.
