The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed LR SR is a precision-oriented bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum, purpose-built for long-range shooting in open country and Western big-game hunting. It carries Browning's updated X-Bolt 2 action paired with a 26" fluted sporter SR barrel finished in Smoked Bronze and tipped with a radial muzzle brake to reduce felt recoil and keep the muzzle flat on follow-up shots.

The rifle ships with Browning's Vari-Tech composite stock finished in the OVIX natural camouflage pattern. The Vari-Tech system is fully adjustable for length of pull, comb height, and grip angle, allowing the shooter to dial in a custom fit, while the sporter profile keeps the overall package trim and field-friendly. A steel receiver is mated to a barrel with a 1:8" twist, well suited to stabilizing the heavy-for-caliber, high-ballistic-coefficient 7mm projectiles favored for long-range work.

Feeding is handled through a detachable box magazine giving a 5+1 capacity, and the rifle is factory-equipped without iron sights, ready for the shooter to mount a scope of their choice. At 7.80 lbs and 46.75" overall, the X-Bolt 2 Speed LR SR balances comfortably for off-hand, prone, and shooting-stick-supported positions.
