The Browning X-Bolt 2 Mountain Pro in 7mm PRC is a precision bolt-action hunting rifle engineered for backcountry performance. Built around a stainless steel receiver wearing a Tungsten finish, it pairs a 24" spiral fluted, threaded barrel with a 1:8" twist for stable performance with modern long-range 7mm PRC ammunition.

A factory-installed Recoil Hawg muzzle brake tames felt recoil to keep the rifle on target for follow-up shots, while the included detachable box magazine delivers a 3+1 round capacity ideally suited to mountain and open-country hunting. The action is a proven bolt long action layout with a tang-mounted safety and a three-position trigger, and the rifle ships with iron sights omitted so the shooter can mount optics to taste.

The stock is a lightweight carbon fiber design with a digital camouflage finish, a height-adjustable comb for proper eye-to-scope alignment with large optics, and an adjustable length of pull. A compression-molded carbon fiber bedding block provides a rigid action-to-stock interface for repeatable accuracy.
