Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite - Two-Tone .243 Win 22" 4+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter Composite is a modern bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in .243 Winchester. Built around a short-action steel receiver that has been reconfigured with additional bolt guidance surfaces for smoother cycling, it pairs a 22" threaded sporter barrel with Browning's installed Radial Muzzle Brake to tame felt recoil and muzzle rise. The rifle is finished in a two-tone color scheme with a black Vari-Tech composite stock.

The Vari-Tech stock is Browning's modular platform with an adjustable length of pull (13 5/8"), adjustable comb, and interchangeable grip modules so the rifle can be tuned to different shooters and shooting styles. The receiver ships without sights, leaving it ready for the shooter to mount their preferred optic on Browning's X-Bolt scope base pattern.

Feeding is handled by Browning's short-column rotary magazine with a 4+1 capacity (four in the magazine, one in the chamber), and one detachable rotary magazine is included. The adjustable Deluxe trigger is user-tunable for pull weight, and the tang safety provides positive thumb-actuated control without disrupting the firing grip.

Specifications include a 1:10" twist rate suited for the .243 Win's standard bullet weights, an overall length of 42", and an unloaded weight of 6.08 lbs - making this rifle a comfortable all-day carry for spot-and-stalk or treestand hunting across a range of game from varmints and predators to whitetail and similar mid-weight big game.
