Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter 6.5 Creedmoor 22" 4+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter is a refined bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Built on Browning's redesigned X-Bolt 2 action, it pairs a 22" matte blued sporter-contour barrel with a steel drilled and tapped receiver, giving serious hunters a ready-to-mount platform right out of the box.

The barrel is factory threaded and crowned with a radial muzzle brake to tame felt recoil and help the rifle stay flat on follow-up shots. The sporter-weight barrel profile features a 1:8" twist that's well matched to the long, heavy-for-caliber bullets the 6.5 Creedmoor is designed to push.

The Hunter Grade II walnut stock sets this variant apart. It's a satin-finished black walnut stock in a deep brown tone, with classic checkering on the grip and forend for sure handling. The fixed stock is shaped for a natural hold and is paired with a right-hand orientation.

The redesigned bolt feeds from a magazine with a 4+1 round capacity. Trigger pull comes from Browning's adjustable Deluxe trigger, and the action is topped off with a tang safety for fast, intuitive operation in the field.

At 42" overall length and weighing 6.07 lbs, the X-Bolt 2 Hunter is light enough to carry all day yet heavy enough to settle comfortably for steady shots. With the receiver drilled and tapped and no iron sights installed, this rifle is set up to accept the scope base and optic of your choice.
