Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter 308 Win 22" 4+1 Bolt-Action Rifle - Stainless Composite

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hunter is a purpose-built bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 308 Win and built around a rugged stainless steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for optic mounting. Its 22-inch stainless steel barrel is threaded at the muzzle and fitted with a radial muzzle brake to manage felt recoil, with a 1:10" twist rate suited to the bullet weights used in the 308 Win cartridge.

At the heart of the rifle is Browning's short-action bolt design, fed by a four-round detachable magazine for a 4+1 capacity. The trigger is Browning's adjustable Deluxe trigger, allowing the shooter to fine-tune pull weight and creep, and a simple tang safety provides positive, thumb-reachable control in the field.

The Vari-Tech composite stock is finished in black and offers a high level of fit customization for a production hunting rifle: adjustable length of pull, adjustable comb height, and interchangeable grip modules. An overall length of 42" and a weight of 6.15 lbs give the X-Bolt 2 Hunter a balanced profile suitable for field carry.

Browning ships the X-Bolt 2 Hunter with no iron sights installed, and the drilled and tapped receiver allows the shooter to mount their preferred optic directly to the action. This is a new-production rifle from Browning's X-Bolt 2 line, ready to be outfitted and taken afield.
