The Browning X-Bolt 2 Composite Special LR is a purpose-built 6.5 Creedmoor bolt-action rifle designed for hunters and shooters who reach out past traditional ranges. The 22" heavy sporter contour barrel carries a non-reflective matte stainless finish and is factory threaded for a muzzle device or suppressor, capped with an included thread protector. A 1:7" twist stabilizes the heavier long-range projectiles that this chambering is built around.

Browning's proven X-Bolt action pairs with the Adjustable Deluxe trigger for a clean, crisp pull and feeds from a 4-round detachable magazine. The matte stainless steel receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases; the rifle ships with no iron sights, so the shooter can mount their preferred long-range optic. Overall length measures 42" and the rifle weighs 7.03 lbs, balanced for off-hand, prone, and tripod use.

The black composite stock is built to shrug off weather and abuse in the field. Both comb height and length of pull are adjustable, so the rifle can be properly fit to a wide range of shooters and shooting positions.
