The Browning Maxus II Sporting is a 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun purpose-built for clay-target sport shooting. It pairs a 30" vent-rib barrel with a 3" chamber and a 4+1 capacity, delivering the reach, sight radius, and swing weight that sporting-clays shooters demand.

Browning's proven semi-auto action drives the cycle, controlled by a crisp Lightning trigger and a simple crossbolt safety mounted at the trigger guard. A HiViz Pro Comp front sight paired with an ivory mid-bead rear keeps targets tracked confidently on long crossing shots, while the receiver and metalwork wear Browning's distinctive Carbon Fiber Dipped metal finish with hydrographic dip for a clean, contemporary look built to handle range-day use.

Built around a fixed, overmolded grip-paneled synthetic stock finished in a carbon-fiber black hydrographic dip and configured for right-hand shooters, the Maxus II Sporting balances the long barrel and provides a secure, repeatable hold during fast target transitions. At 51" overall and roughly 7.30 lbs, the shotgun tracks smoothly through the swing without feeling muzzle-heavy, making it well suited to long courses and high-round-count practice days.

Pattern control is handled by Browning's Invector-Plus Midas choke system, and this package ships complete with five choke tubes (Full, Improved Cylinder, Improved Modified, Modified, and Skeet), so the gun arrives ready to run any presentation on the course right out of the box.
